We are a B2B trading and distribution partner. We source from licensed manufacturers and wholesale partners. We do not manufacture medicines ourselves.
Who can buy from you?
We supply only to institutional buyers holding a valid drug licence — hospitals, nursing homes, clinic groups, corporate medical centres, and licensed distributors. We do not supply to retail customers or individuals.
Do you supply outside Mumbai / Maharashtra?
Yes — we ship pan-India. All inter-state supplies comply with applicable state drug regulations and require valid drug licences on the buyer’s side.
What is the minimum order?
Minimums vary by SKU. Bulk generics typically require one strip-box minimum; parenterals and cold-chain items have higher minimums. All minimums are stated clearly in the quote.
How do you handle cold-chain and parenteral products?
We use insulated packaging with gel packs, data-logged temperature monitoring, and refrigerated transport where required. Temperature logs are shared with every cold-chain delivery for your compliance records.
Can I set up a standing monthly order?
Yes. Once your first order is verified, we can set up standing arrangements — auto-replenishment of your standard indent on a monthly or bi-monthly cycle with no manual reordering required.
Do you source specialty or hard-to-find medicines?
Yes, on a case-by-case basis. We work with licensed import channels and specialty wholesale partners to source formulations not available through standard distribution. Lead times and minimums vary.
